There is help out there.

You’re not alone. You are not alone. There are massive amounts of support out there, but if you don’t know, that’s the hardest thing. I’ve learnt so much from professionals that I never even knew... I highly recommend domestic abuse support services as a starting point and for long-term support too. But there is help out there.
